Returns & Exchanges

1. Domestic Returns & Exchanges (United States)
- Customers must request a return or exchange within 7 days from the delivery date (including the date of delivery).
- Items must be in original condition, unused, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
- Return: Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our U.S. warehouse at their own cost. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Exchange: The same 7-day window applies. Customers are responsible for return shipping. A 10% restocking fee applies.
- Please contact us before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

2. International Returns & Exchanges

3. Conditions
- Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Items that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging will not be accepted.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item in acceptable condition.
